Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of our products unless there is an error on our part.

Cancellations can only be done within 12 hours of your order being placed but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders regarding Customer Service attention.

Fire Lily Soapery is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold-weather climates.
